Oculus Operational Innovations, a specialised designer and turnkey provider of Operational Facilities and Control Rooms, based in South Africa and operating throughout the African continent, has officially partnered with VuWall Technology as its exclusive African distributor for the VuWall technology hard- and software solutions for video walls. VuWall Technology develops collaborative visualisation software for video walls and offer video wall controllers for mission critical applications; VuWall Technology develops software products that make it easy for system integrators to deploy video wall projects within mission critical environments such as control rooms.
The Oculus team has years of experience in the Industrial, Electrical, Automation, Interior and Architectural Design fields. This expertise is carried through to innovative solutions that provide industry with operational facilities which lead to operational excellence and the reduction of risk. The design and execution methodology used is based on the International Standard, ISO 11064; this ensures that all important aspects for the operation of a modern effective control room are considered.

Oculus training on the VuWall product will include a comprehensive software overview including V2.6 and on the latest version of the VuScape controllers. This allows the team to perfectly demonstrate the software’s advanced collaborative abilities, enabling users to collate, display and manipulate content across single or multiple video walls using an array of input sources, such as media players, security cameras, TV tuners and desktops. This hands-on training, bolstered by case study examples, ensures that Oculus can continue to offer an unbeatable level of service and advice throughout the lifespan of a project.
